How To Succeed In Chemistry Meetings ?
Research has shown “chemistry” between potential coach and client (coachee) to be the single most important “ingredient” in the selection process, because for coaching to be productive, the relationship needs to be based on a good rapport and high level of trust. Most coaches offer no-obligation “chemistry” meetings as part of the selection process.
Keys to success of a chemistry meeting, which we often hear, is openness, being genuine, establishing credibility and trust with your potential client. Yet, there are times you don't get selected. You reflect on what you did well and what you can do different. Despite this, there are times you wish you had answers to some questions that come up. Guess what ...?
This month we bring you a panel discussion on How to be successful in chemistry meetings? Joining this panel discussion will be Angela Spaxman, who needs no introduction to most coaches and Melissa Brown who has been through coaching and each of them will give their perspectives on:
• How to be (as coach) in a chemistry meeting?
• What to focus on in these meeting?
• How do you market yourself to HR vs to the Coachee?
• How to assess the potential coachee ?
• What does the coachee expect and how can the coach be ?
This panel discussion will be facilitated by Lalita Raman, VP, Coach Development.
Come join us on this discussion and have your questions answered The panel discussion will start at 7 pm and end at 8:30 pm. The last 30 minutes will be for any additional questions that you as an audience may have.
