In this interactive gathering\, Leona Wan (MCC) shall share her top tips distilled from her years of experience in conducting successful and not-so-successful chemistry meetings and also invite participants to share their tips too. The combined wisdom of all the coaches will surely help you to become more assured and successful in this all important first interaction with your clients. \nFacilitator\nLeona Wan\, ICF-MCC\, is one of the founders of the “Positive Coach Leader Program”.  She is a passionate coach and learning facilitator. Leona specializes in inspiring her clients to deliver their personal best. In her most recent appointments\, she supports her clients to achieve their next successes.\n \nLeona draws from a corporate experience of 20+ years\, including senior leadership roles in financial services and frontline operations. Leona followed her passion and left her corporate appointment in 2007 to be a full-time coach and facilitator. Since 2015\, Leona has become a trainer and mentor for professional coaches. She is also a resilience and sustainability collaborator.  She works with leaders of MNCs in APAC region.  Her industry experience includes Pharmaceutical\, Banking\, Insurance\, Retail\, Technology\, Logistics\, Public Utilities\, Events Management\, Hospitality and Property Management.\n \nLeona engages her clients with a warm and open style.  She impresses her audience with her positive energy during her engagement. Leona’s recent initiative is to promote “Positive Relationships at Workplace”. Her interests include fostering well-being and world peace. In 2017\, she started a “Positive 100 Days” initiative with her colleagues to create ripple effects for world peace.
