There are many methods for awareness-building including reflective exercises\, worksheets\, questioning processes\, assessment tools and feedback surveys. One method stands out as the most practical and valuable for all coaching and that is deep listening. How can we make our listening more productive to draw out new awareness in our clients? This is what we’ll be practicing and experimenting with in this session.
