L. Moreno. The exploratory method creates potential for whole-self learning\, opportunity for deeper reflection\, space to explore attitudes and behaviours\, increase spontaneity thus increasing creativity to explore options and lasting self-empowerment for your clients. \nJoin this event to experience and learn an ‘affective’ and not just effective approach to work with your clients that could enable you to: \n\nEmpower clients to discover and own solutions to their challenges\nBring spontaneity to the coaching relationship\nTools to break through client resistance with safety\nTraveling to the heart of the matter to release the clutter in their hearts\n\nSpeaker : \nMr Vipul MALHOTRA \nVipul is a Certified Practitioner (CP)\, Master Coach and Psychodrama Director with 880 of study hours (certified from PIB Germany and Vedadrama\, India). He is also an Executive Coach (trained at Columbia University)\, a Leadership Facilitator and an Actor. \nHe believes people are complete within themselves\, they need to discover it by diminishing or eliminating the limiting factors. His approach is in “Whole Self Learning” where clients integrate their mental\, physical and emotional self to discover new and unique ways of being and communicating. DESCRIPTION:Dialogues to Empower and Inspire – marking\nHong Kong International Coaching Community’s 20th Anniversary \nProfessional Community series:\nProfessional Coach Credentialing according to ICF \nFeb 8\, 2023 Wed 6:00pm – 7:30pm\nOnline Zoom Conference\nLanguage : Cantonese \nICF Credentialing Requirements and Pathways\n \nICF is currently the largest professional coaching membership and credentialing body in the world. In its continuous effort to maintain the “Gold Standard” in upholding professional coaching standard and practice\, it has recently instituted a series of reforms that have introduced major changes to its system in accrediting coach training providers and credentialing professional coaches. To help coaches in Hong Kong especially local coaches to better understand and manoeuvre the various pathways and requirements\, this CD event aim to demystify and empower participants in pursuing the right credential for them. \n \nHKICC Professional Community Series\n \nAs HKICC celebrates our 20th anniversary\, we aim to continue our work in building a coaching community that learn and support each other. In this Professional Community series\, we have been inviting speakers and coaches from 4 prominent international professional coaching associations that credential coaches\, including EMCC\, AC\, IAC and ICF.\n \nIn the fourth and final session of this series\, we are pleased to have Ms Angela Lee\, Board Member of ICF HK Charter Chapter and Mr Nicholas Wai\, Immediate Past President of HKICC talk to us about ICF and the important aspects of its credentialing requirements in Cantonese\, and answer any questions you might have about the recent changes. \n  \nSpeakers : \nMs Angela Lee\n\nAngela is a seasoned\, innovative and energetic Executive Coach and HR professional with over 25 years’ experience in three sectors (private\, public & NGO) and across Asia Pacific in a diverse range of industries. In her last role as Head of Human Resources for the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC)\, she managed the HR function for 40 offices across 27 countries. Angela has also successfully led projects in culture transformation\, new leaders’ assimilation and company re organization. \n  \nMr Nicholas Wai\n\nNicholas is a trilingual (English\, Cantonese\, Mandarin) PCC (ICF) and SP (EMCC) executive coach\, mentor coach\, and coaching researcher with background in commercial banking and textile manufacturing.
