Coach Dell’Arte : Bringing acting techniques to coaching

As part of HKICC’s Coach Development series of initiatives, Lola Chetti and Clementine Pons, would like to invite you on an introductory session on the use of acting techniques in the coaching space.

Lola Chetti, is HKICC’s VP for coach development. Lola Chetti holds a Masters with Distinction in Consulting and Coaching for Change – Insead Business School. She is presently based in Hong Kong where she designs and delivers executive education training focused on leadership development and coaches Senior Executives and members of the “C” suite. Lola spent 10 years in the judiciary where she retired as a senior magistrate; her coaching career started as a voluntary social worker and stems from a deeply held belief that when people are able to tap into their emotional drivers and get adequate knowledge and support, there is no limit to their achievements. Lola is an avid learner with a passion for social causes and innovation.
Clementine Pons
is a certified professional coach who brings to senior executives and managers a combination of strong coaching skills and 15 years of experience in film and theatre acting . Her innovative theatre-based approach leverages cognitive, behavioral and systemic frameworks to help groups and individuals develop their professional impact.
Clémentine's acting experience includes major film and theatre collaborations with international recognized talents such as Andrzej Zulawski or Alain Delon, as well as featuring in the 2012 Cannes Festival and acting on major stages in Paris.
As a professional coach, her clients include global private companies and public administrations. Drawing from her acting experience to reinforce her coaching skills, she is specialized in leadership, assertiveness, public speaking and group coaching

Acting techniques are powerful tools to help coaches tackle communication challenges such as listening, synchronization, public speaking, emotional intelligence, assertiveness or intuition.
Through the theatre practice, coaches can learn how to leverage role playing games or improvisation exercises in various coaching settings, either with groups or single individuals.

Lola Chetti will introduce the event.

Clementine Pons will present  a mini workshop at HKICC Coach Development evenings

She will introduce key concepts pertaining to body language and presence, emotions, improvisation and text-based work.

The purpose of these initiatives by HKICC is to promote a culture of learning amongst us coaches. It is not a training but rather an invitation to share our experiences.
We are hoping to have a session where the participants can share their experiences, give and receive feedback on the topic and learn from each other. So please come and join us in this introductory session on acting techniques and coaching on the 26th of february 2018.
