After a lengthy career in corporate HR, Sheryl Feniger made a radical shift into the world of movement. She explored somatic practices which emphasize the internal physical perception and experience of the body from within.  Realizing the understanding this gives us, Sheryl trained with Gabrielle Roth, creator of 5Rhythms® and has taught the practice for eight years in Hong Kong and internationally.  She is an accredited Laban Movement Analyst (LIMS) and studies other mind-body work, including Leadership Embodiment.

She has a post graduate certificate in Exercise & Nutrition Science and has maintained her Personal Training certification (ACE) for the past eighteen years.
Today she teaches movement as meditation, personal development, health and well-being to a variety of individual clients and groups, respectfully maintaining their privacy.

Framework

We live and work through constant waves of change and disruption. Moving and adapting to these different circumstances requires us to re- centre, let go of old patterns and re-invent ourselves.

Otto Scharmer, senior lecturer at MIT, professor at Tsinghua University, proposes Theory U for leadership transformation. The arc-like pathway illustrates the relationship between awareness and action and how embodiment of “soft skills” can transform our understanding and how we operate.
