While we are moving towards the second quarter in 2019, HKICC is taking you and your coaching buddies a deep dive into the sea of your coaching profession with embracement of positive thoughts, innovative actions supported with inspiring human systemic approach. You are cordially invited to join our upcoming Symposium to be held Apr 27, 2019 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Topic # 1
Mindful Coaching is “Better Coaching”

It is no longer controversial that mindfulness is having a profound impact on both the coaching industry, and its clients, as they struggle to adapt to the current tumultuously changing world.

In such a world, coaches, first and foremost, to become “first class noticers” and be able to see what is actually occurring free, as far as is possible, from conflation and projection.  Tony will describe the current challenges and show how the skill of mindfulness can change the game for both you and for your clients.

Leona Wan is a transformative coach and her mission is to promote and sustain her clients’ successes.  Leona specializes in inspiring her clients to deliver their personal best.  In her most recent appointments, she supported her clients to excel in their leadership competencies and helped them engage their teams to deliver higher performance.

Topic # 2
Coaching with Positive Psychology

People are not machines ~ when we are going slow we need something different from how we fix machines to motivate us.  Psychology not only supports human race in wellbeing, it also offers the answer of how to move our coaching client forward in a swift and sustainable way.

Rebecca Szeto studied Systemic Constellations with Hellinger and many leading practitioners. She received a Diploma from Hellinger Sciencia® and has worked extensively in Europe, Asia and Middle East.

Rebecca has applied systems theory to human relationships, worked as an Information Systems Manager for global companies and taught Information Technology at the Hong Kong Universities.

Topic # 3
Relationship Coaching

Systemic coaching essentially assesses the dynamics of human relationships.  It helps people to bring the dysfunctional or unhealthy aspects of their relationships to light.
The spatial relationship between individuals (self, other, observer and the field), dramatically influences the perception of relationship between people.  Through understanding those aspects, resolutions are visible.
