Culture profoundly influences how people think, communicate and behave.
Together we will explore during this workshop on how to manage the diverse cultural contexts of today’s workplace.
Even with English as a global language, it is easy to fall into cultural traps since cultures are all about different ways to perceive reality. Through this presentation we explore how people from different cultures communicate, evaluate and give feedback, lead, make decisions, trust, disagree and schedule their time.
Speaker
 Ms Lucia Del Vita is a motivational executive coach specialised in positive behaviour, intercultural communication and transformational growth. Italian by birth, during the last 20 years, she has been living and working in seven different countries, including the USA, The Netherlands, France, Belgium, Thailand and Hong Kong where she is currently resident. Her peculiar life path, summed up with her 20+ years experience as a successful entrepreneur in the translation field and event organisation has exposed her to a variety of professional challenges, transformation and diversity. Lucia alternates 1-to-1 executive coaching with the training of international managers, diplomats and post-grad students in Europe and Asia.
Lucia is a Coach and Trainer on Personal brand building at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She is also Associate Partner and Professional Coach and Trainer of Transcend International Ltd. Lucia is currently the Managing Director, Coach and Trainer of VerbiVis Asia Ltd.
