Many of you are running a coaching startup as a coach or are intending to do so. What can you learn from someone who has successfully run their coaching businesses for more than 10 years, so you can more successfully survive and thrive?
For our April CD event, HKICC has invited our past president Carole Lewis and past Executive Vice President Cristina Rodenbeck to share with you their successful and not so successful stories in establishing and sustaining yourself as a coach.

Speakers
Her coaching work has included working with multi-national corporations and coaching over 40 different globally based nationalities. She uses an Ontological approach to coaching combining an exploration of language, body and emotions to explore the underlying way of being that impacts external behaviours.
She served as President of HKICC from 2011 – 2013, Executive Vice President from 2009 – 2011 and as a board member of HKICC from 2009 to 2017.
Carole keeps herself thriving as a coach by taking part in continual coach development as well as taking time out for her passion of hiking. With this she is currently completing her level 3 certification as an Ontological Coach and recently completed the Maclehouse 100km trail in Hong Kong.
Cristina has served HKICC as a Joint-Venture VP and Executive Vice-President from 2010 to 2013.
Cristina’s passion for personal wellness have led her to become a Certified Iridologist (IIPA), Bach Remedy Practitioner (BFRP and BFRAP) and Crystal Healer (Katrina Crystal Academy). She offers coaching and wellness consultations at Integrated Medicine Institute (IMI) in Central. She has been practicing Mindfulness for over 20 years since her first uplifting experience at a Vipassana retreat in India, and has successfully completed the Potential Project Mindfulness Program, M.B.S.R. (Mindfulness Based-Stress Reduction) Program, Mindful Coaching Mastery and the Advanced Mindfulness Coaching Certification Programs.
