Dialogues to Empower and Inspire – marking
Hong Kong International Coaching Community’s 20th Anniversary

Professional Community series:
Professional Credentialing according to EMCC

Mar 16, 2022 Wed 7:30pm – 9:30pm
Online Zoom Conference

According to the 2022 ICF Global Consumer Awareness Study just published, more than 85% of users of coaching believe having a coaching credential is important or very important for their coaches, while for those who are considering coaching, the percentage is still high at 78%.

So as a coach, if you would like to open more doors to work with more clients, what credentials are out there and which one or ones should you pursue to be competitive in the market which is getting more crowded?

As HKICC celebrates our 20th anniversary, we aim to continue our work in building a coaching community that learn and support each other. In this Professional Community series, we will be inviting speakers and coaches from 4 prominent international professional coaching associations that credential coaches, including EMCC, AC, IAC and ICF.

To kick us off, EMCC Asia Pacific will be coming to our March Coach Development event. Tim Dyke, EMCC Senior Practitioner, will be sharing EMCC’s background and its credentialing philosophy and requirements, while Stephanie Lam, EMCC Master Practitioner and ICF MCC and Enko von Arnim, EMCC Practitioner and ICF ACC, will be sharing their reasons and experiences in earning the EMCC credential.

This CD event is not to be missed for any coach who cares about standards and professionalism, and would like to learn more about the various coaching credentialing bodies and their requirements.
