Continuing with our 20th anniversary series, we are super delighted to have invited two of our past presidents and pioneering coaching veterans Bonnie Chan and Lee Wai Lan to have a conversation with our current president Nicholas Wai on 17th August. 

Coach Bonnie and Coach Lee have both carved out unique niches (Bonnie: Executive Coach, co-founder of Coaching Café, and Nurturer of Visually-impaired Coaches, and Lee: the First Parent Coach in Hong Kong training parents to be their kids’ coach & be trainer of parents) from combining their passion in coaching with their pre-coaching experiences in creating and experimenting with different possibilities. They are also both active in grooming coaches whose lives and communities are transformed and made that much more positive by following their motivation in contributing to the community and the profession.

All of us will learn so much from their inspiring sharing and motivated to reflect on our niches to create more impact to our coaching work and our communities. Both Coach Bonnie and Coach Lee have also offered to have an individual conversation with those who are interested and have attended the event. An event in Cantonese that is not to be missed by anyone who would like to become a better coach at any experience level.

繼續我們的二十周年系列，HKICC很高興邀請到我們的兩位前會長和教練界先鋒前輩 Bonnie Chan 同 Coach Lee 和我們的現任會長Nick在8月17日作一個線上對話。

Coach Bonnie 和 Coach Lee 兩位都結合她們對教練的熱情和成為教練前的經驗，通過創新和不同可能性的實驗，創造了很獨特的專業領域（Bonnie是一位高管教練，Coaching Cafe 的其中一位發起人，和視障教練的培養導師。Lee 是首位華籍家長教練，培訓親子教練及導師）。受到對社會和專業貢獻的推動，她們兩位都很活躍於培養更多優秀的教練，令他們的生命和社群有正面的影響。

我們所有參加者將會從兩位很有啟發性的分享學到很多，令我們去反思自己的專業領域從而為我們的教練工作和社群創造更有效的影響。Coach Bonnie 和 Coach Lee也願意和有興趣的參加者作後續的一對一對話。無論你是初學教練或已實踐了一段時間，你都不應錯過這次學習機會。

“Supporting leaders to fully unleash their greatest creative self” is Bonnie’s declared mission.

Bonnie Chan has been a corporate executive coach for almost 20 years. She first learned and applied coaching when she was the head of the HK and China region at a multinational corporation. When HKICC was founded in 2002, she was invited to be a founding member and was elected president in 2005-6. She is also the first Chinese examiner for the international coaching accreditation body IAC. Bonnie is dedicated to promoting coaching in HK, and founded “Coaching Café” with another past president of HKICC, SK Shum, to promote coaching conversation as “Conversation that makes changes”. More recently with “Conversation is Power” as its core, she started to support leaders and corporations to cultivate the culture of “Talk is Action”.

Bonnie Chan是一位企業高管教練已經接近20年。當她還是一間跨國企業的香港及中國地區總負責人，她已經開始學習”教練學”，並且使用在其企業內。2002年當HKICC成立時，她被邀請成為創始會員之一，在2005-06年被選為主席。她也是國際教練認證機構IAC的首任華籍考宕官。Bonnie 致力在香港推廣 Coaching, 在2010年和另一位HKICC前主席 SK Shum, 創辦了 Coaching Café, 以倡導教練式對話為 “Conversation that makes changes”。最近 Bonnie以”對話的力量”為核心，幫助領導者及企業建立 “Talk is Action” 的文化。

Lee Wai Lan advocates the change of a child’s behaviour starts from the parent’s self-awareness

Coach Lee is the first Chinese parent coach and has been working in parent education and youth development for more than 25 years. She is a past president of HKICC with a Master in Social Science (HKU), and is a certified NLP practitioner, certified Enneagram trainer, Certified Positive Discipline Parenting Educator, a lecturer in “Emotion Coaching for Parents and Educators” at HKU SPACE, and has taught in Beijing, Shenzhen, and Taipei. Coach Lee is a co-author of “Insight, Change, Success” and has written about parenting topics and interviewed by various print and other media. She is a member of the Rotary Club Bayview Sunshine HK, a past director of HK Thanksgiving HK Movement and Body-Mind-Spirit Platform and was a fieldwork supervisor with the Social Work students at CU and CityU of HK.

Coach Lee 提倡「良好的家長教育，由家長的自省做起」

香港首位華籍家長教練，從事家長教育及青少年發展工作逾25年；香港大學社會科學碩士，認可NLP執行師、九型性格認可導師，註冊正面管教家長認證講師 ; 香港大學專業進修學院(HKU SPACE)「兒童情緒教練學」講師; 曾到北京、台灣及深圳等地講學；「洞察、改變、成功」作者之一， 曾撰寫親子專欄及接受各大傳媒及報章訪問； 扶輪海景驕陽社社員，香港國際專業教練協會前會長，香港感恩運動及香港身心靈平台前董事，曾任香港中文大學及香港城市大學社工系實習導師。
