Facilitator
Tony is a seasoned and highly credentialed executive coach, team coach, coach trainer, coaching and team coaching supervisor since 2006. As a coach, he has successfully helped leaders and teams grow in both horizontal, skills-based leadership development as well as through catalysing vertical, capacity-building experiences which help individuals navigate the ever increasing velocity of “complexification”. Tony’s expertise includes helping leaders and teams develop exceptional individual and collective attentional, cognitive, motivational and emotional balance, discovering and working with self-limiting beliefs and biases through a number of evidence-based interventions drawn from a variety of disciplines. These include mindfulness-based approaches, cognitive-behavioural approaches, positive psychology and many more. He is a passionate and skilled in the ”brain-based” leadership, coaching and supervision.
