Our March event, “From Passion to Practice: Navigating Your Coaching Path with Confidence,” was a truly enriching experience. We had the privilege of bringing together a diverse panel of seasoned coaches who generously shared their unique journeys into the world of professional coaching.
Key Highlights Included:
- Career Transitions: We heard inspiring stories from coaches who transitioned from various fields into executive and transformational coaching. Their journeys reminded us that staying true to yourself will help you find your authentic way forward.
- Putting Coaching into Practice: The discussions broadened our understanding of living daily with coaching mindsets. We learned that we can simply embody the role of a coach even without needing a formal title.
- Exploring Coaching Paths: We explored different coaching approaches, whether as a full-time career, business venture or skill enhancement. This exploration helped many attendees reflect on their aspirations and identify the path that resonates most with them.
- Business Development: Essential insights on entrepreneurship were shared. The key is NETWORK, NETWORK and NETWORK.
A heartfelt thank you to our moderator, Season Lai, and our incredible panellists– John Azzo, Sally Dellow, Samantha Pei, and Steve Wu – for facilitating such meaningful discussions.
