We are excited to invite you to the launch of “Beyond the GROW Model,” a new HKICC series designed for coaches who want to stretch their skills, deepen their practice, and explore advanced coaching topics. Whether you are early in your journey or a more experienced coach, this series is designed to inspire new growth.

Our first speaker is Kathleen Yu, a registered psychologist and coach with deep expertise in psychological assessment, behavioral observation, and leadership development across multicultural environments.

Kathleen Yu is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist (BPS) and Accredited Coach (ACC, ICF),with a core expertise in leadership assessment and development.​ With over 17 years experience and fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Kathleen has vast experience in working with global, European and APAC clients across a variety of industries. ​She has deep expertise in designing and deploying assessment frameworks and tools to help organisations identify future leaders. She is an accredited user for a range of psychometrics including OPQ, Saville, Hogan, MBTI, Strengths Profile, etc. She is passionate about coaching and supporting people to unleash their potential and to attain their aspirations.

Participants will be invited to complete a free online assessment. Sign up early so that you will have time to complete the assessment and access to your assessment results before this inspiring session.
