Late Summer Drinks with HKICC
Connect. Celebrate. Co-create. Opening HKICC’s Next Chapter
on 17 September 2026, post-2026 AGM
Right after the 2026 AGM, where experienced executive coach Rainbow Chow was elected as our new President, HKICC members gathered for Late Summer Drinks—a relaxed evening for celebration, reflection, and collaborative vision-building.
Three guiding questions framed the flip-chart conversations: Where do you see HKICC three years from now? What events would you fight to have? What support would genuinely make a difference?
Members envisioned growing HKICC to 140 members over the next three years. They sought affordable mentor-coaching and peer supervision, alongside practical help to build sustainable businesses and gain practice hours. Beyond our ongoing book-club, attendees proposed new future programmes: a dinner-and-dance, roundtables with Hong Kong leaders, and youth wellbeing services—with several volunteering to help deliver these initiatives.
Old friends reconnected and new like-minded coaches met for the first time. Casual exchanges sparked early thoughts for joint initiatives, embodying HKICC’s co-creative ethos. More than just an event-running organisation, HKICC is member-shaped, and this gathering brought that mission to life as attendees shared aspirations for the incoming Board.
As we welcome Rainbow Chow and the new Board, we extend our sincere gratitude to outgoing President Nicholas Wai for his dedicated leadership. The HKICC team has preserved your flip-chart insights and will carry this community feedback into our upcoming work.
Come for the connection. Stay for the possibilities. We look forward to welcoming you at our next event.
