Tools for Team Coaching

Tools for Team Coaching

Date: 18 Nov 2026 | Time: 6:30pm to 8:00pm |

Venue : Happy Moment, 6/F Infinitus Plaza, 199 Des Voeux Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong

This 60-minute session explores how practical tools can support coaches in understanding and working with team dynamics. Team coaching is not only about improving performance; it is also about creating the conditions for people to speak up, contribute openly and work through differences constructively. Using Team Psychological Safety and the DISC Flow Group Report as examples, Leona will demonstrate how these tools can reveal patterns of communication, trust, behaviour and collaboration within a team. As team coaches, by selecting and using appropriate tools with intention, we can help teams develop greater self-awareness, strengthen relationships and create more sustainable ways of working together.

Target Audience:

Coaches (beginner or experienced), team coaches,  leaders and managers supporting team development, HR and learning professionals, and anyone interested in building more trusting, collaborative  and high-performing teams
