Marion Franklin, a master certified coach (MCC) with 28 years of experience, has developed an approach called “Laser-Focused Coaching” to help coaches get to the heart of the matter more effectively and efficiently. Her practical method and universally applicable techniques, outlined in her acclaimed book “The HeART of Laser-Focused Coaching: A Revolutionary Approach to Masterful Coaching,” hold the key to creating profound and lasting change for your clients.

HKICC member and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Lucy Qian, will facilitate our October Coach Development Event when she will share what laser-focused coaching really is, how it has helped transform her coaching, as well as lead participants to practice several of these techniques followed by debrief.

Speaker

Lucy Qian has been a devoted mentee of Marion since early 2021 and has just translated Marion’s book into Chinese for a January 2024 release. Lucy is a passionate and ICF-credentialed PCC life coach and executive coach, dedicated to supporting individuals in achieving clarity and empowerment while developing their resilience through purposeful and focused dialogue. Lucy began her career in Talent Development, having facilitated the training and development of leaders across several multinational companies. As a former Talent Development Lead, Lucy led various Asia Pacific talent development programs for large multinational companies, such as Tencent, Lidl and Avery Dennison. She then pivoted to follow her passion in leadership coaching and life coaching.
