To succeed in the world of coaching, we have to constantly reinvent ourselves as coaches to adapt to our clients’ evolving needs. But how do we do this? How do we see beyond our current reality to help our coachees evolve and transform?
 
In this interactive seminar, Henry will share his views on the state of coaching, the emerging needs and challenges of coachees, and how he infuses psychology into his coaching practice to make it transformational. In addition to tools and techniques, Henry will talk about the importance of personal evolution for coaches. He believes that coaches can only take their clients to the level of their own evolution. Using the Hero’s Journey as analogy for personal transformation, Henry will share insights on how we as coaches can use it to transform ourselves, our coaching impact and ultimately, our coachees.
 
We invite coaches who are interested in thought-provoking conversations ranging from the realistic to the romantic to join this session. Some of the specific areas to be covered are:

1. What does “Transformational” truly mean for coaches and coachees?
2. What’s missing in our coaching toolbox and mindset to make it more transformational?
3. The importance of a personal hero’s journey for coaches
4. The intersection of mythology and psychology: helpful models, theories, and approaches that coaches can embrace to become more transformational?
5. Interactive case study: Applying traditional and transformational approaches to see the same story from different angles

Henry is an internationally experienced psychologist, master coach and trainer of hundreds of coaches in a global context. With more than 25 years of experience in coaching and consulting industry, Henry’s vision is to transform coaching in Asia and beyond and to create a world where everyone has access to a coach. He is passionate about practicing coaching as well as to help leaders, professionals and coaches achieve their full potential.
