Discover Eleven Dots for Collective Intelligence
A unique approach to make first steps into effective team coaching
Global interest in team coaching has been thriving in organizations for the last 5 years. In France, this approach has been practiced, developed and studied for 30 years with authors as Michel Moral, Florence Lamy, Alain Cardon and Vincent Lenhardt.
Collective Intelligence can be defined as the ability for a group of humans to reach their goals with maximum well-being of the members and high level of creativity to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
The question is: how to improve a group’s Collective Intelligence?
What are the practical levers one can operate to make the first steps in that direction?
That is the purpose of the Eleven Dots for Collective Intelligence approach.
It is an excellent way for a team and for a coach to make their first steps into team coaching.
Founded on the principle of a human collective considered as a living organism, 11 Dots was invented in 2014 by Florence Lamy (EMCC Global Team Coaching Award 2022,
EMCC Global Supervision Award 2018).
Consolidated by field experience, recent international research on the subject, and a unique approach inspired by the Ba Gang of Asian medicine, this model makes it possible to establish in a particularly rapid manner a holistic, systemic, and systematic diagnosis of the collective intelligence of a team.
In this session we will cover
- Basics of team coaching and team diagnosis
- What is Organic Collective Intelligence
- Eleven Dots for Collective Intelligence: sources, organization
- Example of real-world application
- Open Q and A
