Season Lai, is a transformative coach with three years of coaching experience working with NGOs and nurturing young leaders. She is on a mission to help people progress towards joyful living and working. She is passionate about empowering people to visualize their dream life and setting up the right support system to make it possible.
Speakers
John Azzo is an Executive Coach and ICF PCC credential holder with over 20 years of experience in trading and manufacturing industries. Based in China for 16+ years, he specializes in helping executives navigate business challenges, intercultural communication, and high-pressure situations. As a Certified 6 Seconds Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and CBT/REBT Practitioner, he combines multiple coaching approaches to support clients in gaining clarity and taking effective action. John has coached leaders across 20+ nationalities in industries including pharmaceuticals, IT, logistics, banking, and FMCG. He is also a co-founder of betterme.community, where he develops practical tools to support individuals in their self-awareness and change journey.
Sally Dellow is an Executive Coach, Facilitator and specialist in Theatre-Led Learning. Based in Asia for over 35 years she founded Dramatic Difference some 20 years ago. She’s a passionate advocate for inclusive leadership and the role of coaching and dialogue skills in creating psychological safety. Sally’s practice crosses industries (from Tech to Law to Luxury Fashion) but tends to focus around C-suite and senior management. She also coaches several business schools. Sally is also a parent, poet, scuba diver, Francophile and ravenous reader of novels.
Samantha Pei is an EMCC Accredited Coach/Mentor at the Practitioner level and an ICF ACC, passionate about transforming individuals through corporate wellness and personal growth. As a Corporate Wellness Consultant, Trainer, Coach and Mentor, she integrates her expertise as a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator, Aromatherapist, Stretching Instructor, UNSDGs Certified Teacher to serve clients from diverse cultural backgrounds across various industries. Along with thought-provoking questions, she skillfully integrates tools like LEGO® bricks, visual insight cards, essential oils, to fosters deep reflection and new awareness on clients’ transformative journeys. With a strong background in banking and degrees in business, she enriches her coaching with practical insights, empowering clients to achieve their wellness and development goals.
Steve Wu is an Executive Coach and I/O Psychologist who helps ambitious professionals discover and fulfill their potential. Grounded in his passion for human behavior, psychology studies, and ICF-accredited coaching training, he guides clients in clarifying goals, overcoming obstacles, and expanding self-awareness. Drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and psychometric assessments, Steve fast-tracks insight and growth for leaders across diverse industries. He has also co-designed and facilitated “leaders-as-coaches” training in Hong Kong and Australia, fostering transformative results for professionals worldwide.
