Professional coaches provide a service to create sustainable change. We live in an incredibly busy world today. Many are constantly busy with deadlines, chores, and hundreds of issues we need to deal with. When people ask how you are – the only answer some have is “I am busy”.

With continual change, it is very easy to go down the spiral with lot of things to handle and to manage continuous pressures of work or managing expectations of self and others. This can easily lead to exhaustion of emotional strength and leading to burnout.

How resilient are you as a professional coach?

And what differences you can make if you power up your resilience?

The engaging and energising 90-minute virtual workshops are packed with practical tips drawing on the best of Sports Science, Emotional Intelligence, Neuroscience, Medicine, Psychology and Biology will help you build awareness around the concept of self-resilience and explore the high road to being a resilient professional.

Key Intentions of this session are:

  • Build Awareness on your personal resilience
  • Grow capabilities to manage stress, pressure and challenges
  • Provide something “Practical ” that you can use in you daily lives
  • Apply what you have learnt to serve yourself and your clients

In this session, we will show what you can do to keep a tab on Your Resilience and use it as a powerful tool, share how the Navy Seals, athletes and executives handle pressure in challenges and how they come out of it confidently. You will learn how to handle the overload of pressure and key recovery rituals.
