ICF Credentialing Requirements and Pathways

ICF is currently the largest professional coaching membership and credentialing body in the world. In its continuous effort to maintain the “Gold Standard” in upholding professional coaching standard and practice, it has recently instituted a series of reforms that have introduced major changes to its system in accrediting coach training providers and credentialing professional coaches. To help coaches in Hong Kong especially local coaches to better understand and manoeuvre the various pathways and requirements, this CD event aim to demystify and empower participants in pursuing the right credential for them.

HKICC Professional Community Series

As HKICC celebrates our 20th anniversary, we aim to continue our work in building a coaching community that learn and support each other. In this Professional Community series, we have been inviting speakers and coaches from 4 prominent international professional coaching associations that credential coaches, including EMCC, AC, IAC and ICF.

In the fourth and final session of this series, we are pleased to have Ms Angela Lee, Board Member of ICF HK Charter Chapter and Mr Nicholas Wai, Immediate Past President of HKICC talk to us about ICF and the important aspects of its credentialing requirements in Cantonese, and answer any questions you might have about the recent changes.
