Hello, I'm Eric Sampson
I focus on Leadership Development and Executive and Business Coaching, with a deep interest and understanding of Cross Cultural Communication and Diversity & Inclusion. I've been working as a communications training consultant and executive coach since 2008 and regularly work with senior executives up to 'C' suite level, both individually and with small groups. Born and rasied in Hong Kong, my family and I migrated to New Zealand where I lived and worked for 15 years before returning ‘home’ to HK in 1994. With my multi-cultural background and decades of international and local work experience I believe I'm able to relate to and engage with people, at all levels of seniority, bridging cultural, language and ethnic barriers. I understand first-hand the many challenges that can affect busy executives working in the Asia-Pacific region.

Passion, Purpose & Personal Philosophy
Respect and empathy for people and their needs are my cornerstones. I’ve learned to listen and question, to understand what motivates people and what holds them back, and against a background of cultural differences, to understand that not everyone thinks, communicates, and acts in the same way. When I’m not working, I enjoy my life on beautiful Lamma Island, walking Lily the dog, enjoying a swim at the beach and when possible, indulging my passion for fishing!
