Since 2021, Sandy has been coaching leaders and emerging leaders of MNCs, fast growing organizations in diverse industries. She supported the clients in transitions, navigating and leading change, enriching leadership capacity and impact, with consistent professional and personal success.

Prior to being a Coach, Sandy was a CFO of two China businesses and a Global Transformation leader in the Consumer Products industry, worked for Mars, adidas, Yesasia.com, Pepsico, PWC. She has overseen businesses of diverse scale, from start-up to billion organization, partnered key strategic business growth, turnaround and led transformations with business and people success. She lived in China, led across APMEA region of 7 time zones and in global sourcing headquarter. She practiced coaching leadership in Corporate for 10 years.
Sandy is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Harrison Assessment certified. Based in Hong Kong, she speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
