Message from the Board in Q2 2025

Dear Readers,

As we step into the second quarter of the year, I am filled with excitement and gratitude for the remarkable progress we’ve achieved together in Q1. It has been a period of growth, collaboration, and meaningful impact—one that truly reflects the strength and dedication of our community.

The success of our Coaching Lifecycle Series has been a highlight, embodying our shared vision to foster a strong coaching mindset at every level. Through diverse sessions, workshops, and expert-led discussions, we’ve witnessed not only the enhancement of individual skills but also the ripple effect of transformation within organizations. None of this would have been possible without your active participation, curiosity, and commitment to growth. Your engagement, knowledge-sharing, and support for one another continue to inspire us all.

A heartfelt thank you to our Core Committee members, whose tireless efforts behind the scenes have been instrumental. From event organization to content curation and logistics, your dedication ensures our initiatives thrive. You are the backbone of our community, and we deeply appreciate your contributions.

I’d also like to extend a special acknowledgment to our Core Committee member Venus Leung, PCC, for her exceptional work in shaping our newsletter and her unwavering support throughout the past quarter. As the primary point of contact for our Q1 sessions, Venus seamlessly coordinated with speakers, panelists, and participants, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Her commitment to excellence has been pivotal to our success.

Looking ahead, we have an exciting lineup for Q2!

– April’s Spring Drinks Event: Join us for a fun, community-building gathering designed to bring connection and joy.

– Advanced Coaching Lifecycle Series: Building on the success of our foundational series, this 5 series program—led by Core Committee member Henry Chamberlain, an expert in transformational coaching—will delve deeper into coach maturity, advanced coaching styles, and holistic growth. Henry will be supported by a team of seasoned expert coaches, each bringing unique insights and practical expertise to enrich the unique learning experience.

– Education SIG Initiatives: Under the leadership of Core Committee member Rainbow Chow, our Education SIG continues to advocate for coaching in the community. A recent highlight was our first coaching workshop for parents at Maryknoll Convent Secondary School on 28th March, where parent coaches **Chloe Chiu** and **Ian Cheng** shared insights on fostering better parent-child relationships through coaching.

– NGO Partnership: Stay tuned for a special leadership coaching intervention in collaboration with an NGO, offering a unique opportunity for our coaches to make a meaningful impact.

The foundation we’ve built is strong, and the journey ahead is even brighter. With your passion and engagement, we will continue to push the boundaries of coaching, leadership, and personal growth.

As we embrace new challenges and step into diverse roles this quarter, let’s also remember to nurture what sustains us—our health, well-being, resilience, and relationships. Growth isn’t just about professional milestones; it’s about thriving holistically.

Take moments to pause, recharge, and connect—with yourself and those who matter most. After all, the strongest foundations for success are built on balance, purpose, and meaningful support. Let’s make this quarter not just productive, but fulfilling in every way.

Thank you, once again, for your unwavering support and contributions. Here’s to a second quarter filled with learning, connection, and shared success!

Warm Regards,

Vipul Malhotra
