How do HRD and L&D leaders work with an external coach?

The Coach said: The most difficult part in Coaching, is not the coaching itself, it is getting the Client.
The Human Resources and Learning & Development Leader said: We need to tackle the challenge of matching the Coach with the Client (Coachee) and we need to convince the Business about the ROI in Coaching to get the Budget.
HKICC said: Let’s have a heart-to-heart conversation among the stakeholders in the Coaching Ecosystem to gain insider knowledge from the other side of the table, bridge the gap, and enhance partnership.
Hence, on Feb 26, HKICC organized a Leaders Outreach Speaker Event to facilitate the partnership among Human Resources, Learning & Development Leaders, and Coaches. We have over 20 participants packed into the room, eager to understand how we can partner to advocate for a coaching mindset in the business. Our Senior Human Resources Leader, Helen Peng, and Senior Learning and Development Leader, Karen Cheung, both certified coaches, had graciously shared their experience in identifying coaching needs, selecting a coach, and how the business measures ROI. Helen and Karen brought us a wealth of experience and real-life business cases in the context of the private sector, the public sector, and the Asia & North America market.
Helen highlighted a powerful message: Partnership is the key in Coaching Ecosystem to bring value to the Business.
Karen gave a brilliant tone to partnership: we need to make everyone Happy and enable everyone to enjoy the ROI with the investment in Coaching.
Everyone said: We have learned so much in such an intimate environment with such authentic conversation. We want more!
HKICC replied: We heard your requests, and we will bring you more Speaker Events on Conversation with Coaching Intermediates and Coaching Hub. Stay Tuned!
