Spreading Coaching Mindset with local NGO NAAC

Collaborating with the Culture and Branding team of NAAC (The Neighbourhood Advice-Action Council), Nick, Rainbow and I facilitated a half day workshop with 28 of their senior leaders on 23 Oct 2025 ~ introducing what is coaching and exploring how coaching may support development of their emerging “A Smart Step Beyond” Culture. The feedback received is very positive, and we plan to keep the momentum going by delivering similar workshops to their frontline leaders to create more awareness.
