Introducing the Certificate in Professional Coaching
The first stage of our Professional Coaching Mastery programme, this comprehensive training equips you with the essential skills and knowledge to practise professional coaching with confidence. Designed to meet international standards, the curriculum ensures you graduate ready to support clients across diverse contexts.
Successful completion awards the Certificate in Professional Coaching and is recognised for ICF Level 1 and 2 content (76 hours) as well as Senior Practitioner Level with EMCC. Graduates are eligible to apply for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential via the Level 1 Path or the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential via the Portfolio Path, provided all requirements are met. The programme offers 71 contact learning hours towards accreditation.
The Certificate in Professional Coaching provides a strong foundation for building coaching skills and professional practice. Graduates leave with the confidence, capability, and competence to coach at the ACC level as defined by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and qualify for the Coach European Individual Award (EIA) at the Foundations or Practitioner level as awarded by the EMCC. This programme is ideal for organisational coaches, internal coaches, or anyone seeking to apply professional coaching skills across different areas of life. It forms Part 1 of our ICF Level 2 accredited programme, laying the groundwork for advanced coaching mastery.

Tony Dickel is an experienced executive coach, mindfulness teacher, and leadership expert with over 30 years of senior leadership experience across Asia. Founder of Transcend International Group and former CEO of MRI China Group, he helps leaders develop emotional balance, resilience, and sustainable behavioural change. An ICF-credentialled coach and certified trainer in mindfulness and emotional intelligence, Tony specialises in executive presence, unconscious bias, and cross-cultural leadership. He is also a mentor coach, international speaker, and advocate for self-awareness and values-driven growth, living in Hong Kong with his family.
Craig McKenzie is the Director and Head of Team Coaching and Academy at Transcend and a core faculty member for CCMI, leading Practitioner and Senior Practitioner Programmes Internationally. He was Head of the PERILL CASP stream for GTCI and a pioneer in Team Coaching Supervision training. He has been training coaches since 2008, is an ICFHK Past President, a Past VP Coach Development of HKICC and a founding member of the EMCC Asia Pacific Region.
