Facilitator
Chris Chan is an ICF Professional Certified Coach with a wealth of experience grounded in the financial sector, gained over two decades. Chris’ coaching philosophy is informed by behavioural science, and he emphasises the importance of value-based coaching approaches to enhance his clients’ self-awareness and decision-making skills. Chris’s professional journey includes working with asset management, hedge funds and private equity companies. He is also the founder of Alto Cognito, an executive coaching practice dedicated to finance professionals and companies, covering niche areas of need such as compliance coaching. Chris holds an MBA from Henley Business School and a BA from SOAS University of London.
