Coaching supervision is a collaborative process that enables coaches to reflect on their practice, improve their skills, and ensure they are providing the best possible service to their clients. It is an essential part of professional development for coaches and can help to enhance the overall quality of coaching. Yet, not many coaches have supervisors and few are trained as supervisors. Additionally, many coaches are unclear on the differences between mentor coaching and supervision.
What can you expect?
At this panel discussion, you will have the opportunity to hear from experienced coaching supervisors and coaches using supervisors who will share their insights and expertise on the topic. We will specifically focus on “what is supervision” “how is it different or similar to Mentor coaching” “why is it important” “how do I engage in supervision” and more. You will also have the chance to ask questions, engage in discussion, and connect with other coaches who are interested in supervision.
We believe that this event will be informative, inspiring, and valuable for coaches at all stages of their careers. We hope you will join us and take an important step towards enhancing your coaching practice through supervision.
