Coaching Lifecycle Series #5 – Tripartite Meeting

Date: 19 Feb 2025 | Time: 7pm to 8:30pm |

Venue: Love Express, 12/F Amber Commercial Building, 70-74 Morrison Hill Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

The tripartite meeting (or 3-way meeting) is a key part of contracting in coaching. It helps to set the scene and clarify the desired coaching outcomes and/or review progress. This type of meeting is usually used where the individual who is receiving coaching is different from the party who has contracted the coach.

So, why is the tripartite meeting important in coaching?  When does it happen?  Who are involved in the meeting? What is covered during the meeting and what are the expectations of different parties?

What can you expect?

At this panel discussion, you will have the opportunity to hear from experienced coaches who are specialized in business/corporate coaching, parental coaching and team coaching to share their insights and expertise on the topic. Not only the above questions will be answered, but they will also share their tips and insights in their specialized areas. You will also have the chance to ask questions, engage in discussion, and connect with other coaches.

We believe that this event will be informative, inspiring, and valuable for coaches at all stages of their careers. We hope you will join us and take an important step towards enhancing your coaching practice.
