Since mid-2014 Elsa has run her own business providing Consulting Coaching Services.She is a dynamic and highly motivated individual with a passion for people development and personal growth.Her training as a coach and mentor began during her 20 years in the corporate world where she led large international teams and chief officers.In recent years, she has continued her professional education in the coaching and related tools through international recognized associations/institutes – IECL and MHS.
