I am honoured to step into the role of President of the Hong Kong International Coaching Community.  As I begin this new chapter, I would like to express my deepest appreciation to our Immediate Past President, Nick Wai, for his unwavering commitment and exceptional leadership over the past eight years. Nick has been a role model for me and for many in our community — demonstrating integrity, generosity, and a steadfast belief in the transformative power of coaching. I hope to carry forward his good work in the years ahead.
I would also like to thank our leadership team for their continuous support, dedication, and hard work behind the scenes. Their contributions have been instrumental in shaping HKICC into the vibrant and connected community it is today. Â To our members, thank you for your ongoing engagement, your passion for learning, and your commitment to professional growth. Â Your support is the heartbeat of our organisation.
In the coming year, we will continue to offer monthly workshops that dive into the nuances of coaching practice, alongside book clubs and networking activities — from casual drinks gatherings to festive celebrations like our annual Christmas event.  We warmly welcome collaboration with other coaching communities, and we remain committed to advocating a coaching mindset across Hong Kong through workshops and coaching opportunities with schools, NGOs, and other partners.  Together, we will continue to strengthen HKICC as a community that inspires, connects, and elevates coaching practice.

Warm Regards,
Rainbow Chow
President of HKICC
