After building up a successful career in the Australian insurance industry, Becci moved to Hong Kong in 2010 and transitioned to a role as a leadership development consultant and executive coach. Becci coaches leaders from across the Asia Pacific region, and as an associate coach with Women & Leadership Australia, has coached over 250 senior women leaders ranging from, naval ship commanders, coaches of elite athletes, surgeons, politicians, corporate professionals, and small business owners.

She combines her commercial acumen with a natural inquisitiveness which makes her effective in helping clients explore ideas and think outside the box to gain new insights. Becci continues to hone her skills as an appreciative inquiry practitioner, working to master the art of positively focused questions.
