Suzanne is passionate about supporting individuals at all levels to maximise their performance at both a personal and professional level, so they can achieve greater success in the workplace, as well as in life. She believes that all people have some hidden potential that with the right coaching and nurturing can develop and flourish to help achieve greater success and fulfilment.
Suzanne has over 30 years of experience working in the UK and Asia specialising in people development and behavioural change. Suzanne has previously worked with multi-national organisations across Asia Pacific, supporting learning and development of a wide range of staff and cultures in business units across 28 countries. This has ranged from individual specialists to senior leaders, enhancing their impact with commercial businesses, customers as well as across governments.
Having worked across a number of industries, a major focus for Suzanne has been on coaching leaders through career transitions, progressing to more senior positions. She collaborates with clients to help them manage the challenges they encounter as they take on new roles and responsibilities. This is done through cultivating a deeper self-awareness of individual strengths and resourcefulness in the face of change, sometimes aided by the use of assessment tools and 360° feedback. The key aim is in aiding clients in further developing self-confidence, resilience and improved leadership skills.
